We welcome films of all genres. The deadline is January 20^th 2012.  Films are eligible for the Flicks Film Festival if:

• The film is no longer than 20 minutes.
• Film has a completion date after December, 2010.
• The film is produced or directed by a student, who is attending a college, university or a corresponding educational instution.
• The film has clear-spoken English dialogue or has English subtitles.
