Ableton Live 10 is a professional Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), developed by the Ableton company in Berlin. Worldwide there are more than six million registered users.The possibilities with Ableton Live 10 are endless. Creating your own track, virtual Doing, creating sound scape for film, theater or dance.Also using Ableton in a live session on stage is quite easy and can be the extra of your band.In this course (5 sessions) you will learn your way around in the DAW. After the course, you will be able to work with MIDI, audio, the mainstream MIDI and audio effects like reverb, delay, compression and EQ will be added to your package of working tools.For this course no musical background or music theory is not needed, although is helps of course if you play a musical instrument or have a basic musical training. Ableton works on a laptop (Windows) or on Apple. Ableton does not work on an iPad. For the course you have to bring your own laptop, headphone or set of earphones. Course materials and samples are included and will be provided by the course leader.
