{"id":3376,"date":"2026-05-12T14:46:42","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T14:46:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.usva.nl\/?p=3376"},"modified":"2026-05-12T14:48:56","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T14:48:56","slug":"open-office-chair-interest-moment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.usva.nl\/en\/open-office-chair-interest-moment\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Office &#8211; Chair Interest Moment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Are you the next Chair for the Student Board of Usva?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you love to keep order, chatting (otherwise called networking), and knowing everything?&nbsp;\u200d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role is full-time, and speaking Dutch is definitely a plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tasks of the chair include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making the agenda and chairing the weekly board meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping an overview of the year and managing the calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representing Usva with external contacts and at meetings (such as the monthly cultural meeting with cultural associations, and \u2018Het Overleg,\u2019 which yearly launches a campaign about an important subject for students)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer of the new board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping in contact with the staff about how the student board is doing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any of the tasks the board members all do, such as: organising events and coordinating committees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply before the&nbsp;<strong>28th of May<\/strong>&nbsp;by sending your CV and motivation letter to usva.vz@rug.nl!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out our information&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usva.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Usva-Student-Board-2026-2027-Info-Booklet-1.pdf\">booklet<\/a>&nbsp;with all the information!<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swing by our office during one of our interest moments to learn more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friday the 15th from 15:00 \u2013 16:00<br>Wednesday the 20th from 13:00 \u2013 14:00&nbsp;<br>Wednesday the 27th from 14:30 \u2013 16:00&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Got any questions, or can\u2019t make it to these moments?
