This is a beginner-friendly class aimed at stretching and strengthening the body with a focus on creating a solid foundation for your yoga practice. Whether you&#8217;re completely new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this class will leave you feeling balanced and empowered!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This course is offered in English. This course starts on Thursday 17 September 2026 at 12.00 and will be 10 weeks in a row on the same day and time.
