Curious to step into the dance world? Dance with Usva🤸
This is a mini dance festival which brings together professionals, beginners and people who want to be introduced to dancing through different workshops, while enjoying performances given by local dancers in an open stage setting.
Throughout the festival, you can join beginner-friendly workshops in styles such as waacking and line dancing, guided by dancers who will introduce you to the basics in an open and welcoming way. No experience is needed, only comfortable clothes and a willingness to try.
Alongside the workshops, the festival will also feature an open stage, where dancers from the community can share their skills, routines, improvisations, and personal styles. It is a space to discover new performers, and experience the energy of Groningen’s dance community up close.
