Pilates 

In a pilates class, you will work on your posture, stability, coordination, breathing, and focus on the body and mind. Your whole body will get sixty minutes of training in which the main focus is on the core; a corset of muscles around your back, abdomen, and pelvis. 


In these classes, I like to combine yoga and pilates to develop and build strength from coordination in addition to developing flexibility.


In each class, the whole body will be trained. In doing so, every part of the body will be covered. The exercises are suitable for everyone. However, if necessary, adjustments could provide a solution. Moreover, for advanced students, there is an opportunity to improve by using different levels.
