Street Dance is a collective name for dance forms that were not developed in dance institutes but on the streets, in clubs and in secondary schools. Nowadays, street dance can be seen as a part of the hip-hop and funk dance styles, which emerged as early as the 1980s. There are no rules and all moves are fine. At street dance we are going to focus on developing yourself, to be more confident in dancing, to dare to dance more and to grow. These lessons mainly focus on party and freestyle hip hop, breaking and some club styles such as NYC house. It is mixed with some funk styles, but if you want more of that then you should try the Popping & Locking course. In this course we work from a basic basis towards a choreo. This course is offered in English.
