For balancing energy, flexibility and strength
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. It brings together the more strong, energetic sequences with the more internal, passive and cooling poses. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward. Yin is internal, soothing and downward. Combining both Yin and Yang elements in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels, the body and mental health.
In these classes, we'll begin with strong Yang poses and finish with soothing passive Yin poses. Overall, the practice will give you the feeling of a workout and a soothing meditative practice all in one.
