Do you have clothes you never wear but also cannot quite throw away? This workshop is the perfect chance to turn them into something new.

During this Queer Fashion Workshop, participants are invited to bring unused clothing pieces, such as old skinny jeans, shirts, jackets, or anything else waiting in the back of the closet. There will be some materials and tools that you can work with, such as scissors, patches, needles, fabric.

The hosts will be Lola Lasagna (@lola.lasagna) and FLS (fls.groningen), the Fashion and Luxury Society. They will offer hands-on help and fashion tips throughout the session. This workshop is designed to help you explore your personal style and make your clothing feel more like you.

No previous sewing or fashion experience is required. Bring a piece of clothing, and leave with something more personal and wearable.
