Usva supports various cultural projects organized by students every year.

Usva's project grants are intended for groups or committees that work towards a final product (e.g., a theater performance, concert, or exhibition) in a relatively short timeframe and have their own balanced budget. The project grant can be applied for year-round and amounts to a maximum of €750 per application.

There are several general conditions that the project and organization must meet to be eligible for Usva's project grants:

• • There is a defined set of activities, with a predetermined, one-time goal;
• • The project relates to arts & culture;
• • The project is specifically aimed at students;
• • At least 50% of all participants are students at the University of Groningen.

Some projects are excluded from funding, for example, those involving activities with a commercial purpose. All conditions for granting grants can be found in theProject Grant Regulations.

Project groups or organisations that have been awarded a grant are required to display the logo clearly and in the correct colours on all their promotional materials.

When using the logo, you can choose from the following logos. It's up to you which one you want to use.
