Oil paint is an approachable material for the novice painter. In the 16th century it has been developed to make painting easier and still is the most comfortable material for many.
You will learn in this course how to mix colors and apply different techniques. You receive background information on paint and materials. But we’ll also discuss other practical issues you’ll encounter while painting, such as perspective, composition, form and concept.
This course will be 8 weeks in a row and takes place on Monday evenings from 15.00 - 17.30 in the atelier in Usva.
On Monday 27 April (Kingsday) and Monday 25 May (Pentecost) there are no courses, because Usva will be closed.
