Requirement: Two or three years of dance experience in classical ballet, modern dance or jazz dance.
In this course you will learn to connect the classical ballet postures fluently. You will learn the two most difficult jumps (pas jeté and pas assemblé) and the most difficult turn (pirouette).
Cily’ s approach is process-oriented: it is not about an end result, but about the road to it. Musicality, use of space, coordination and the alternation of tension and relaxation is central to the lessons. Classical ballet can support modern dance technique and jazz dance technique.
In this course all excercises are explained in Dutch and in English. This course starts on Thursday 5 February 2026 at 19.00 and will be 15 weeks in a row on the same day and time. The course will take place in the Big Dance Studio in Usva.
