Oil paint is an approachable material for the novice painter. In the 16th century it has been developed to make painting easier and still is the most comfortable material for many.
You will learn in this course how to mix colors and apply different techniques. You receive background information on paint and materials. But we’ll also discuss other practical issues you’ll encounter while painting, such as perspective, composition, form and concept.
This course starts on Friday 1 May 2026 at 16.30 and will be 8 weeks in a row on the same day and time. The course will take place in the Atelier in Usva.
